Shipping & Delivery

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through zimp.bg, operated by ZIMP JSC.

1. Delivery Area

We deliver orders to addresses within the delivery areas available during the ordering process.

If delivery to a specific location is not available, this will be indicated before the order is completed.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days after the order is confirmed and, where applicable, payment has been received.

The estimated delivery time will be communicated during the ordering process or in the order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination and the courier service.

For products that require additional configuration, installation or preparation, the delivery time may be longer. We will inform you where this applies.

3. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are paid by the customer, unless otherwise specified at the time of finalizing the order.

Any applicable additional delivery charges will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

4. Courier Delivery

Orders are delivered using a courier or delivery service selected by ZIMP JSC or made available during checkout.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact telephone number.

If the customer cannot be reached or the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional delivery arrangements or costs may apply.

5. Damaged Packages

Upon receiving your order, we recommend checking the package for visible damage.

If the package appears damaged, please notify the courier and contact us as soon as possible.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

6. Delayed Deliveries

We make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery times.

However, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, technical problems, strikes or other unforeseen events.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.
