Minor differences between product images and the actual product may occur.

Product availability is subject to change.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the Website are stated in EUR as applicable, and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

ZIMP JSC reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Delivery costs, where applicable, will be displayed before the order is completed.

4. Orders

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

After receiving an order, we may send an order confirmation by email.

An order may be cancelled or refused where, for example:

the product is unavailable;
there is an obvious pricing or technical error;
the information provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect;
the order cannot be fulfilled for another legitimate reason.

5. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during the ordering process.

Payment may be processed directly by ZIMP JSC or through a third-party payment provider.

We do not store full payment card details when payment is processed by an external payment provider.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

All content on zimp.bg, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ZIMP JSC unless otherwise stated.
